运行时会在 ~/.vibe-trading/sessions.db 下创建 SQLite FTS5 数据库；首次运行会初始化 sessions/ 目录结构。可通过 SessionSearchIndex.reindex_from_store(base_dir) 从现有文件存储重建搜索索引。
